Delivery Policy for Digital Products – DS Graphics

Delivery Method:
All digital products sold through DS Graphics are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, customers will receive an immediate download link or email with access to the product file(s). No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Timeframe:
Access to digital downloads is typically granted within minutes of purchase. In some cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to processing time or email provider delays. If you haven’t received your files within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

File Format:
Digital products are delivered in formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, or Canva templates. Specific file types will be listed in the product description prior to purchase.

Download Access:
Customers are encouraged to download and backup their files immediately upon receipt. Most purchases include lifetime access, but access may be limited after a certain period or due to platform updates.
